Project Overview

Project Overview

Congregate housing for an aging population.  Approximately 128 private dwelling units where residents are provided with common living facilities, meal preparation, laundry services and room cleaning.  Other services such personal services, transportation for routine medical appointments and counseling for residents of the facility may also be offered.  This assisted-living facility is designed to meet the social and health needs of an independent retirement resident while providing a supportive environment where well-being is a priority.

Design Analysis

58,682 SF of dwelling units, 7,239 SF for shared amenity and administrative use, 10,605 for services, elevators, and common stairwell, and 13,000 designated for parking.  Outdoor space for resident use of 7,040 SF in the form of large patios and balconies.  Preliminary calculations estimate 128 dwelling units and 32 resident parking stalls.
